Technology Committee

The Technology Committee manages existing technology and when feasible implements new technology to support and enhance the Chapter’s members, board, committees and the Business Analysis profession.  The Committee reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Technology.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Technology strategies and goals to ensure we are providing the required tools and services for our Chapter members.
  • Manage the Chapters web site, including design, accessibility, usability, information posting, archiving/purging, and when needed, training.
  • Manage other technology tools currently used by the local Chapter such as email, web groups, etc.
  • Research and when feasible implement new technologies that will support the local Chapter that would include, but not be limited to, the following:  on-line surveys, event registrations, on-line election forms, on-line payments, and webinars.
  • Create and manage an annual technology budget with on-going communication to the VP of Finance.
  • Work closely with all board members and Committees to ensure that the existing technology is meeting or exceeding their business needs and the needs of our members.
  • Provide information to the Communication Committee to be used in the Chapter newsletter.
